ICT GOVERNANCE AND INTERNAL SECURITY
This unit focuses on the adoption and implementation of the information security best practices. These will include but not limited to the facilitation of Policy development, adoption and oversee the creation of standards, maintenance of Comsec’s internal policies and standards.

The Internal security component deals with managing the risk profile of Comsec, ensuring that policies are developed, approved, implemented and published.
ICT SECURITY ADVISORY AND SPECIAL PROJECTS
Comsec Risk Unit can play both the IT security advisory and consulting role. We can assist organs of state with developing information security programs or participate in clients’ project teams as a security adviser or overseer.

The unit can also assist the organs of state with reviewing of information security programs, information security strategies, policies and standards.
